GCIT is the vocational-technical school for Gloucester County residents. You must live in Gloucester County to apply and attend. The only exception is in the area of Performing Arts, if your local district does not provide it.

GCIT is heavily involved in the community and provides services to the public. GCIT offers several services to the public. For example, the School of Cosmetology offers salon services, the School of Culinary Arts offers a catering menu and takes orders for the bakery.
How many students are accepted at GCIT?
GCIT currently accepts approximately 350 students per year. Acceptance is based on final marking period grades from 7th grade and the beginning marking period grades for 8th grade, as well as state standardized test scores, attendance and a mandatory shadow visit.
